• Newsletter (Campaign Intel): When signing up for the notification list regarding the Iron Fleet project.

• Sending updates on the development of the Iron Fleet project, "campaign intel" reports, and Early Bird benefits.

Note regarding Kickstarter: The Iron Fleet project uses the Kickstarter platform for campaign execution. By supporting the project on Kickstarter, you become a user of their platform, and the privacy policies of Kickstarter PBC apply to those specific data points (payment info, shipping address). Iron Bull d.o.o. accesses your data on Kickstarter solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations (sending rewards/kits).

3. Newsletter and "Enlist" List

If you have given us your consent to receive updates ("Enlist in the Fleet"), we will use your e-mail address to send information about engineering milestones, new models, and the launch of the campaign.

You can opt-out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" option found in every e-mail.

Data collected for this purpose is stored until you withdraw your consent or until the Iron Fleet project concludes its active phase.

5. Storage Period

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose (e.g., the duration of the campaign and delivery of kits) or until the expiration of statutory periods (e.g., 11 years for accounting data according to Croatian tax regulations). Data collected based on consent (newsletter) is deleted immediately upon the withdrawal of your consent.

Iron Bull d.o.o. is a joint controller for data shared on our official pages within those networks, but those platforms (Meta, Discord Inc, Kickstarter PBC) are independent controllers with their own privacy policies.

9. Data Collected by Google LLC

The ironfleet.eu and ironfleet.hr portal uses services provided by Google LLC (Google Analytics). Google collects data about your device, IP address, and interactions. You can manage your privacy settings through your Google account.
